| The H200 will be commercially available next year through major service providers such as Amazon, Google, and Oracle, boasting 141-gigabytes of high-bandwidth memory (a substantial increase from the 80 gigabytes in the H100). This upgrade is significant for generative AI services—like ChatGPT—as it promises faster response times due to more high-bandwidth memory and improved processing connections. Furthermore, Micron Technology is touted to be the primary supplier for a September Enterprise release, although this has not been officially announced/set in stone. This move by Nvidia is likely a strategic effort to maintain their dominance in the AI chip market, especially considering recent announcements from AMD announcing their own AI chips that are set to release by the end of the year.
