Robert will also lead you in a simple and graceful Qigong practice called "Eight Cycles." The movements are designed to help make your body flexible — and flow like water.

Robert’s training in martial and healing arts, starting back when he was a child in the Hunan province of China, had him secretly apprenticing under the legendary Buddhist monk Xiao Yao. At the age of 15, Robert underwent an astounding 100-day fast in a dark stone chamber under Xiao Yao's close guidance, which resulted in a radical spiritual transformation. This experience enabled Robert to help others tap into the incredible spiritual and healing potential that we all possess.
