Here's what changes in 8 days

Get your focus back

Everything out there is built to pull you off course, and it's good at it. These eight days pull the other way. You get back to knowing yourself, and your focus holds no matter what's happening around you.

Build a foundation with Ba Duan Jin

This old form of Qigong gives you something solid inside to come back to, any time you need it. It gets built slowly and quietly, by getting your body, your breath and your attention to work together.

Eight days that build on each other

For the first time, you can learn this as an online course. Shi Heng Yi walks you back to your center one day at a time, and every one of the eight movements does a job the others don't. By the end you'll have worked your whole body.

That's Qigong. What it feels like is finding your way back to solid ground, and a different kind of life can start from there.

The 8 days

What you'll have built by the end of the journey

Day 1 - Orientation

You connect to your body on purpose, probably for the first time in a while, and find some room in it. Everything else this week stands on today: showing up, noticing, lining up.

Day 2 - Discipline

Stability and coordination. Discipline turns out to be the thing holding you up, and it gives your day a shape you can lean on.

Day 3 - Respect

You learn how different forces in the body work together. You find your own limits and start actually listening to your body. That is what respect looks like when it stops being a word.

Day 4 - Body awareness

You go deeper into how you move and where you're holding tension. From there you start noticing what's going on inside while it's happening.

Day 5 - Breath and Chi

Your movement and your breath lock together, and the line between what you can see and what you can only feel stops mattering.

Day 6 - Patience

Slow down and drop further into the moment you're in. Stuck movement patterns start to loosen, and you feel every part of the movement as it happens.

Day 7 - Fire energy

Strength, stability and presence wake up, and you learn to aim all of it at one thing. Willpower stops being a burst that fades and becomes something you can build up and aim.

Day 8 - Peace

A quiet finish. Balance, grounding, and a feeling of the whole body at once. You learn to hold on to what stays while everything outside keeps coming and going.

Highlights

Available online for the first time: Ba Duan Jin

The eight movements of Ba Duan Jin are some of the oldest Qigong forms in China. Each one has its own focus, from breath to balance, and each builds on the one before.

Together they give you a center: the quiet place you come back to, and the place your strength comes from. Eight days from now you'll know what that feels like.

A centuries-old system for a very

modern problem

The noisier the world gets, the more your focus is worth.
Eight days with Shi Heng Yi and a practice that's been refined for centuries, all pointed at one thing: knowing yourself. Once you do, nothing pulls you off course so easily. Your life is back in your hands. Let a Shaolin master walk you through the eight days.
Find your footing again.

These eight days open a 21-day program, the first time Shi Heng Yi has taught Ba Duan Jin and Luohan together in an online course.

"What is happening around you does not control your inner state. You do. Because once you know who you are, your life is back in your own hands."

Day 1: Introduction and Alignment

Chapter 1 - Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong – Foundation of the Path

Workbook

Valeu sim.
